Please note that morning receptions are accepted until 13:15, and afternoon receptions until 30 minutes before the end of consultation hours.
Orthopedic doctors are available from Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9 AM to 6 PM. Fractures can be confirmed and painkillers prescribed at other times, but if reduction and fixation are required, we ask that you revisit during an orthopedic doctor's consultation hours.

Q 最終受付時間は何時ですか？
午後の最終診療時間枠は、20時30分～20時45分までとなっております。検査などもありますので20時45分までにはご来院ください。
Q 予約なしでも入れますか？
はい、予約がない方でも来院いただけます。ただし、ご予約の方が優先となり、お待ちいただく場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。当日予約はWEB予約(ホームページ・アプリ)または電話にて承っております。WEB予約に空きがない場合は、お電話にてお問い合わせください。
Q 英語での診察はしていますか？また、英語以外の言語での対応はしていますか？
はい、医師による診察は英語で対応可能です。受付や看護師は、翻訳機などを利用してご対応させていただきます。英語以外の言語での対応につきましては、日本語または英語で話せる方の付き添い１名をお願いしております。
Q マスク着用は必須ですか？自由ですか？
基本的には自由です。風邪や咳などの症状がある場合のみ着用をお願いしています。
Q 駐車場、駐輪場はありますか？
当院専用の駐車場・駐輪場はありません。お車でお越しの方は、お近くのコインパーキングをご利用ください。自転車でお越しの方も、恐れ入りますが近隣の駐輪場をご利用いただきますようお願いいたします。
Q 初めて受診する場合(初診時)は何が必要ですか？
以下のものをご持参ください。
【必須】マイナ保険証か資格確認書のいずれか1つ(医療証、公費負担受給者証などをお持ちの方は併せてご持参ください)
【お持ちの方】お薬手帳、紹介状、健康診断結果や他の医療機関での検査結果。
※マイナ保険証か資格確認書をお持ちでない方は、運転免許証、パスポート、在留カード等、身分が確認できるものでご本人確認をさせていただきます。
Q 小さな子供を連れて受診することはできますか？ベビーカーで行ってもいいですか？診察中の同席は可能ですか？
お子様連れでの受診も可能です。ベビーカーでお越しいただいても大丈夫ですし、そのまま診察室にお入りいただけます。診察中もお子様に同席していただけますので、安心してお越しください。
Q 未成年でも一人で診察受けに行っても問題ありませんか？
①16歳未満の方：保護者または後見人等の同伴が必須です。
②16歳以上18歳未満の方：原則として保護者等の同伴をお願いしております。同伴が難しい場合は、書面または電話による同意が必要です。
③緊急時の対応：重大な後遺症や生命の危険があると担当医が判断した場合は、保護者等のご承諾なしに診断・治療を行うことがあります。
④再診時の同意：初診時に保護者から治療方針への同意が得られている場合など、医師が再度の同意書取得を不要と判断したときは、同伴・同意書なしで対応可能です。
Q 妊娠の可能性がある場合や、妊娠中、授乳中の場合でも診察は可能ですか？
はい、診察可能です。妊娠の可能性がある方、不妊治療中の方、妊娠中の方、授乳中の方、すべて対応しております。
Q 他の病院やクリニックから転院したい場合(かかりつけ医の変更、引っ越しなど)、診察日までに用意が必要なものはありますか？
診察日には紹介状(診療情報提供書)をご用意ください。また、現在お薬を服用されている場合は、お薬手帳もお持ちいただくようお願いいたします。紹介状の入手が難しい場合は、事前に当院までご相談ください。
Q 車椅子での受診は可能ですか？
はい、可能です。当院はバリアフリー対応となっておりますので、安心してお越しください。
Q オンライン診療はしていますか？その際、何日分の薬を処方してもらえますか？
初診・再診ともにオンライン診療を行っております。保険診察料の他に通信料として自費で1,100円(税込)お支払いただきます。
初診の方→最大7日分まで。※睡眠薬や向精神薬等の処方は行いません。
再診、定期通院中の方→診察医師の判断となります。
Q 支払い方法について教えてください。
以下のお支払い方法をご利用いただけます。
現金、クレジットカード(VISA、Mastercard、JCBなど)、電子マネー(iD、QUICPayなど)、交通系ICカード(Suica、PASMOなど)、QRコード決済(PayPay、d払い、楽天Payなど)
Q マイナ保険証か資格確認書を忘れた場合は受診できますか？その場合の受診方法を教えてください。
はい、診察可能です。マイナ保険証か資格確認書をお持ちでない場合、パスポート、在留カード、運転免許証など身分確認できるもので本人確認をさせていただきます。ただし自費診療(10割負担)となります。後日、マイナ保険証か資格確認書をお持ちいただければ差額分の返金手続きを行います。
Q 発熱外来はしていますか？発熱していても受診していいですか？
当院では発熱の方の診察を行っております。発熱でご来院の際は、解熱剤をお持ちの場合は服用してからお越しください。ご予約はWEBまたはお電話でお取りいただけます。
Q インフルエンザや新型コロナの検査はできますか？
はい、両方とも検査を行っております。インフルエンザ抗原定性検査、新型コロナウイルス抗原定性検査に対応しており、それぞれ5〜10分程度で結果をお伝えできます。それ以外にも、マイコプラズマ・帯状疱疹の即日検査を行っております。血液検査や尿検査も行っております。
