We are open 7 days a week, without休診days.

Q2. What is the last acceptance time?

The last consultation slot in the afternoon is from 8:30 PM to 8:45 PM. Please arrive by 8:45 PM, as there may be examinations.

Q3. Do you offer consultations in English? Do you support languages other than English?

Yes, we conduct consultations using a translation device. Our receptionists and nurses will assist you using a translation device. For languages other than English, we request that you bring one companion who can speak Japanese or English. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Q4. Is mask-wearing mandatory or optional?

Generally, it is optional. We only request mask-wearing if you have symptoms such as a cold or cough. On hot or humid summer days, mask-wearing can worsen your condition. If you have cold symptoms, you may put on a mask after arriving at our clinic. We appreciate your cooperation.

Q7. If I want to transfer from another hospital or clinic (e.g., changing my primary doctor, moving), what do I need to prepare before my consultation day?

Q8. Can I visit the clinic in a wheelchair?

Yes, you can. Our clinic is barrier-free, so please come with peace of mind.

Q9. Do you offer online consultations? If so, for how many days' worth of medicine can I get a prescription?

We offer online consultations for both first-time and repeat patients. In addition to the insured medical fee, a communication fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged out of pocket. Please make your reservation early as reservation slots and available times are limited.
[Regarding prescription duration]

[Refunds]
If you bring your My Number insurance card or eligibility certificate at a later date, we will process a refund for the difference. If you forgot your My Number insurance card or eligibility certificate: Please bring it within the same month of your consultation if possible.
