How to make a reservation online

ステップ① WEB予約ページ

Please click on the "Book Here" button above or the "WEB Booking" button at the bottom of the screen.

ステップ② 希望のメニューを追加

Please select your desired menu item(s).

You may select multiple menu items.

 

We particularly recommend booking online if you wish to receive cosmetic treatment or visit during a specific time.

Step 3: Specify your desired appointment date and time

Reservations can be made in 15-minute increments. Same-day appointments are available, as well as appointments on weekends and holidays from 9 AM to 9 PM.

 

The length of your visit will vary depending on the treatment or procedure. If you are in a hurry, we can also discuss this with you beforehand by phone or LINE.

Step 4: Register your contacts

Please enter your name, email address, and phone number.

Your name does not have to be your legal name, but if you wish to use health insurance, we will verify your identity using your My Number at the reception desk.

 

For self-pay treatment, a nickname or alias is acceptable.

ご予約の変更やキャンセルなど、メール内のリンクから行うことが可能です。

予約の変更について

予約変更をご希望の方は、下記を参照ください。なお、予約の変更は、元々の予約時間から１時間前までに行ってください。仕方のない理由で直前での変更をされる場合は、お電話いただけますと幸いです。

ステップ① 予約時の案内メールを開く

Please open the reservation confirmation email sent to you when you made your reservation.
If you cannot find the email, please try searching for "Halu Clinic."

 

Click the "Change or Cancel Reservation" button within the email body.

Step ② Click "Change schedule"

予約の確認画面を開き、画像の赤枠で囲っているボタン「スケジュール変更」をクリックし、日時選択のページに進んでください。

ステップ③ 希望の日時を改めて選択

Please select your desired date and time again.

A screen will appear showing the new date and time. If the details are correct, click "Reschedule" to complete the booking change.

 

If you do not wish to make changes, select "Keep Original Booking."

 

Once the change is complete, a confirmation email with the new details will be sent to your registered email address.

Regarding the cancellation of your reservation

予約のキャンセルをされる場合は、下記を参照ください。予約変更と同様、元々の予約時間から１時間前までにキャンセルを行ってください。仕方のない理由で直前でのキャンセルをされる場合は、お電話いただけますと幸いです。

Open the reservation confirmation screen and click the "Cancel" button, which is enclosed in the red box in the image.

ステップ③ 予約をキャンセル

As shown in the image, a message will appear asking if you want to cancel this reservation. Click "Cancel Reservation".

Cancellation Confirmed

Once your cancellation is confirmed, an image like this will be displayed. Additionally, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

The subject line of the email will be "Your Reservation Has Been Canceled".

 

If you wish to make another reservation, please do so again via our website or by phone.

Can I consult with you even if I don't have an appointment?

当院ではWEB予約を受け付けておりますが、予約なしでも来院いただくこと可能です。予約しなくてもスムーズに診療し、ストレスなくご帰宅できるようクリニックを運営しております。

If you make a reservation online, we can prioritize your appointment. We recommend online reservations for services such as beauty treatments.

予約の変更・キャンセルはいつまでに行えばいいですか？

予約時間の１時間前までに変更・キャンセルをお願いしております。１時間以内での変更・キャンセルをされる場合、お電話にて直接クリニックまでご連絡ください。

Is there a fee for reservations?

Web reservations are free and available 24 hours a day.

I'm going to be late for my appointment.

予約の時間に遅刻される場合、クリニックに遅刻の旨お伝えいただけると大変助かります。５分程度の遅刻であれば、問題ありませんが、１５分以上の遅刻の場合には優先的な案内が難しい場合もあります。予めご了承ください。
