Melsmon® / Laennec® / Placenta-derived extract for beauty, menopause, and fatigue improvement treatments
What is Placenta Injection?
Placenta refers to the placenta. The placenta is rich in physiologically active substances such as growth factors, amino acids, nucleic acids, vitamins, and minerals necessary to support fetal development. Placenta injections are refined and formulated versions of these substances.
We offer two types of preparations at our clinic: Melsmon® and Laennec®. Both are human placenta-derived medical drugs with confirmed high safety.
Main Features of Placenta Injections
- Diverse Effects: A wide range of effects can be expected, including alleviation of menopausal symptoms, fatigue recovery, skin beautification, liver function improvement, and immune regulation.
- Covered by Insurance: Insurance coverage applies to the treatment of menopausal disorder in women aged 45-59 or for chronic liver disease.
- High Safety: With a long history of use in Japan, it is a safe treatment with few side effects.
- Enhanced Effects with Continued Use: Regular administration leads to cumulative effects.
Mechanism of Action
The physiologically active substances contained in placenta act on various tissues and organs of the body.
